Our friend EC Synkowski talks about getting 800 grams of fruits and vegetables every day. Part of the benefit is micronutrients. Part of it is low caloric load. But a huge part of it is displacement: if you’re filling up on carrots and bananas and apples, you’re not hungry for potato chips and popcorn at the end of the day.
