About Chasing Excellence
Most people aren’t stuck because they lack information. They’re stuck because they know what to do — and can’t quite do it consistently. The slow drift keeps winning.
Chasing Excellence is for people who are already trying. Going to the gym, eating reasonably well, caring about sleep and their relationships. They don’t need another plan or a new system. What they’re caught in is the one-good-week, one-bad-week cycle — always knowing it could be better, never quite finding the consistency to feel like they’re actually getting there.
That person doesn’t need more information. They need a crew.
This is what Chasing Excellence is for: bringing together people who know what a good life looks like — but keep drifting away from it — so they finally have the crew to actually live it.
Who This Is For
If you already know that health, happiness, and living with your heart on fire is the good life — but you still struggle against the drift of modern life anyway — you’re in the right place.
You believe that physical health is connected to mental, emotional, and relational wellbeing. You’ve had good weeks and bad weeks. You’re not looking for motivation. You’re looking for people who are paddling upstream with you.
What We Cover
Ben Bergeron, Patrick Cummings, and a crew of authors, thinkers, and doers explore the five factors of deep health — how we eat, move, think, connect, and rest — and what it actually takes to crowd out the drift and build the life you keep almost living.
New episodes every Monday and Thursday.
The Chase Club
For those who want to do the daily work — not just listen to it — the Chase Club is where the crew shows up.
Members get:
The Daily Chase — a short lesson, Monday through Thursday at 5am, built around the Five Factors. One thought to carry through your day. One question worth answering.
Chase Club Chat Club — every Friday morning, a short piece of content tied to that month’s challenge, plus a conversation that goes wherever it goes.
Monthly 21-Day Challenges — a specific focus each month. A podcast episode to kick it off. A debrief to close it out. And for Chase Club members, everything in between: check-ins, conversations, and the honest work of figuring out what’s actually working.
The ChaseTracker app — free for Chase Club members (normally $6.99/month). Track your daily actions across the Five Factors and build toward the life you keep almost living.
The through-line: crowd out the drift. Not with willpower. Not with one big revelation. With daily baby steps, taken alongside people doing the same thing.
