Just listened to the pod. It's got me considering a pro subscription on the app, which I've never used but am excited about. Hey I'm wondering... Is the heavy fast fast free methodology already built in or is it coming? On the app right now I'm seeing strength conditioning and mobility only in the fitness level portion. Thanks!

Hey! I'm glad to hear you found the episode useful. In terms of the Heavy, fast, far, and free format… Yes, that structure is already in the app. It's the right call out that the Comptrain fitness level does not currently integrate an explosive power lift in terms of the fast component of things, but it does integrate some of the more quotation “fast” related conditioning. The, fast aspect of explosive power is however, fake it to every week training with either plyometrics, agility, or explosive power lifts.
