🎆 COMING IN 2025

For the last few months, we’ve been reimagining what we do in our little corner of the internet. Now that the new year has arrived, we’re excited about rolling those out.

In addition to our twice-weekly podcast drops, here’s what you can expect from us in 2025:

• Monday Drops

  • Starting on the 13th, Chase Club members will have access to both episodes by the end of the day on Monday.

  • You’ll find them both in the Substack app, Apple Pods, or Spotify.

• 21-Day Challenges

  • We’ll send out a new 21-day challenge based on an episode of the podcast on the first Monday of each month.

  • These will be self-guided, but we hope many of you choose to accept the challenge.

• Listener’s Guides

  • On Tuesdays & Fridays, we’ll send out a Listener Guide with each new episode.

  • Free subscribers will get links, notes, & key ideas. Chase Club members will get a deeper dive into the strategies & frameworks we discuss.

• Group Chat

  • On Wednesdays, we’ll send out a chat with a short video to spark reflection & conversation.

  • Be sure you’ve got the Substack app on your phone for easy access to the chat.

• Journal Prompts

  • We’ll send out new Journal Prompts based on episodes of the pod on the first Thursday of each month.

  • Free subscribers will get a couple per month, while Chase Club members will get all eight.

• Chase Club Content

  • On the remaining Thursdays, Chase Club members will get bonus content, including short episodes of Ben talking to his members at CrossFit New England & more book clubs.

• An Excellent Wknd

  • On Saturdays, we’ll continue sending emails summarizing what we’ve published during the week and offering some thoughts on whatever has been rattling around my noggin that week.
