Hello, hi, 👋!
I want to start by saying a big thank you.
You’re part of the core group that makes the Chase Club what it is. Some of you have been here since we started this thing, some of you just joined. Either way, you’re here because you care about health, happiness, and living with purpose. You’re taking the ideas we talk about on the show and actually doing something with them.
As Seth Godin would say, People like us do things like this.
And honestly, I need more people like you in my life. We all do. That’s why we’re putting renewed focus on building something here that’s useful — not just creating more content to consume, but finding ways to help us stay focused on what truly matters.
Which brings me to why I’m writing today.
For years, I’ve been playing with ways to stay focused on the actions that matter most. I used a paper journal, I used spreadsheets and Notion set-ups, you name it. Some things stuck, some things were abandoned.
But through it all, I kept coming back to the same truth:
I wanted something that helped me identify the key daily actions that mattered across all five factors of health, plus a way to build my vision for the life I’m building.
Not a hundred things. Not optimization for its own sake. Just clarity on what matters, and a simple way to track whether I’m actually doing it.
Ben and I have been talking about these ideas for years — most recently in our episode on Vision & Anti-Vision. That framework, combined with everything we’ve learned about focus and intentional living, is what shaped the new ChaseTracker app.
And now it’s yours.
Here’s what it does:
The ChaseTracker is an app that helps you identify and track the key daily actions that matter most to your health, happiness, and vision.
It’s organized around the five factors of health, plus a vision section where you can define what you’re building toward (and what you’re moving away from), as well as a way to create and track 90-day projects that challenge your growth.
When you first log in, you’ll see we’ve pre-populated each section with suggested Daily Actions to help you get started right away. These are based on what we know works for most people, but they’re fully customizable. Make them yours. Adjust them as you go. This is about focus, not prescription.
The app is web-based, so there’s nothing to download. It works great on desktop or mobile, in whatever browser you normally use.
Here’s how to get started:
