The ChaseTracker App
Bridging the gap from awareness to action.
Track your key actions across the five factors of health, plus your vision—turning intention into daily practice.
What It’s For
You already know what matters. You’ve listened to the episodes, read the essays, had the conversations. You know that health, happiness, and living with your heart on fire require focus not just motivation.
The problem isn’t awareness. It’s closing the gap between knowing and doing.
Our ChaseTracker app is built for that gap. It’s a simple daily system that helps you identify the key actions that matter most across movement, nutrition, connection, mindset, and rest - then track whether you’re actually doing them.
Not to create guilt. Not to demand perfection. But to create awareness that leads to better choices, day after day.
This is what it means to move from the default path to the intentional path.
Why It’s Part of the Chase Club
The ChaseTracker isn’t just an app. It’s the systematic approach to everything we talk about on Chasing Excellence.
Every week on the podcast, we explore ideas about what it takes to chase what truly matters. But listening builds awareness. The ChaseTracker is where awareness becomes action - where you turn what you hear into what you do.
And it works best when you’re doing it alongside others who are chasing the same thing. That’s why it’s built exclusively for the Chase Club community. Because sustainable change isn’t just about having the right tool—it’s about being surrounded by people who are also committed to using it.
Key Actions: Focus on What Matters
The Five Factors of Health
The ChaseTracker is organized around the five factors of health: movement, nutrition, connection, mindset, and rest. For each factor, you identify 2-3 key daily actions—the things that, done consistently, would compound into the life you want.
When you first log in, we’ve pre-populated suggested actions in each section to help you get started. These are based on what we know works for most people, but they’re fully customizable. Make them yours. Adjust them as you go.
The goal isn’t to track everything. It’s to stay focused on what truly matters.
Each day, you check in and mark which actions you completed. Over time, patterns emerge. You see what’s working and what isn’t. You make adjustments. You build momentum.
This is the crowding-out effect in action - filling your days with high-nutrient activities so there’s less room for the distractions that don’t serve you.
Vision & Anti-Vision: Know What You’re Chasing
Build Toward Something. Move Away From Something.
The five factors give you the “what” of daily action. Your vision gives you the “why.”
In the ChaseTracker, you define:
Your Vision: What you’re building toward. The life you want. The person you’re becoming.
Your Anti-Vision: What you’re moving away from. The patterns, habits, or version of yourself you’re leaving behind.
This push-pull framework clarifies your direction. It reminds you why today’s actions matter. It keeps you focused when motivation fades.
Most people know what they don’t want. Fewer people can clearly articulate what they do want. The ChaseTracker gives you space to define both - so every day, you’re moving with intention.
90-Day Projects: Build Something That Matters
Focus. Commit. Execute.
Beyond daily actions, the ChaseTracker includes space for 90-Day Projects—specific, time-bound goals that push you to grow.
These aren’t New Year’s resolutions. They’re focused commitments: Learn a new skill. Build a habit. Take on a physical challenge. Create something meaningful.
90 days is long enough to make real progress, but short enough to maintain intensity and focus. At the end of each quarter, you review, reflect, and decide what’s next.
This is where the gateway effect comes alive—one consistent project creates momentum that ripples into every other area of your life.
